Digital guide refunds

Balance of Time sells downloadable collector guides and workbooks. No physical product is shipped.

Before downloading

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded any file included in your purchase.

After downloading

Once any file in a guide bundle has been downloaded, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.

Duplicate purchases and file problems

Please contact us if you accidentally purchased the same guide twice, received a defective or unusable file, cannot access your purchase, or find that the guide materially differs from its product description. We will help resolve the problem and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate. Downloading a file does not exclude these requests.

How to request help or a refund

Email info@balanceoftime.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For an undownloaded purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. For other issues, please contact us promptly. These timeframes do not limit rights provided by law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider. Download access may be disabled following a refund.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits statutory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights. Where applicable law requires express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment that a cancellation right will be lost, that right is not waived by this policy alone. Any required consent and acknowledgment must be obtained separately.
